  • Folmer v. Graham - championed the rights of an above-knee amputee in the Ontario Court of Appeal.
  • Hubbard v. Pembridge Insurance - successful precedent-setting FSCO arbitration decision concerning the test governing benefits payable to an injured accident victim under the OMPP Insurance Act regime, on behalf of a claimant who was under the age of 16 at the time of his accident.
  • Andrew has successfully recovered millions of dollars in negotiated settlements over the last decade, without having to proceed to trial, on behalf of accident victims suffering from brain injuries, amputations, spinal cord injuries, serious orthopaedic injuries, and chronic pain.
