Andrew and his team are a very experienced and professional team. I felt like I was in great hands right from the start. They clearly outline how the process works, answer questions promptly and helped make a very stressful situation more palatable for me. I was thoroughly impressed with how they built my case over time and how well organized everything was. They really went out of their way to obtain all records without the need for me to get involved.
