Windsor Jail inmate’s death was due to natural causes, inquest concludes
A coroner’s inquest has concluded that the death of a Windsor Jail inmate was the result of natural causes.
Andrew Murray, lawyer for the Dew family, praised the jury’s recommendations, and said it sends the message that medical measures need to be bolstered at Windsor Jail and its replacement, the South West Detention Centre — due to open in Windsor this spring.
