Proud to be the presenting sponsor of Rockin Wheel

For the past several years, Lerners has been the presenting sponsor of Rockin Wheel, a music festival held in Mount Brydges, Ontario. This festival was started by Kenny Allore. Kenny’s motivation to start this event was very personal. Kenny was a talented young hockey player who was checked from behind during a hockey game and suffered a catastrophic spinal cord injury that left him paralyzed.

In 2004, Kenny dedicated himself to helping people with similar injuries by starting the Rockin Wheel music festival. Proceeds from the event support awareness, prevention and research programs for neurotraumatic injuries (brain and spine) at St. Joseph’s Parkwood Institute. Nigel and his law clerk Sarah Culbert have been a proud to lead the Lerners team in their support of Rockin Wheel. Lerners was very pleased to be the presenting sponsor again this year. Rockin Wheel 2016 was held on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at the Tri-Township Arena, 22647 Adelaide Road, Mount Brydges, Ontario. The Poker Run and Classic Car Show and Shine began at 11:30 a.m. with entertainment throughout the afternoon and the Ultimate Tribute Show (Zed, CAD CO, SRV, The Basically Hip) in the evening. We were pleased to see so many people supporting this worthwhile cause.
