Erika has practiced exclusively in civil litigation since her call to the bar in 2010. Currently, Erika’s practice is devoted to representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation and in civil litigation of sexual abuse and sexual assault. Her personal injury practice focuses predominantly on claims arising out of motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls and disability claims. Erika also represents victims of sexual assault and sexual abuse against individuals, public entities and religious organizations. She is dedicated to providing exceptional legal service with compassion and sensitivity.
Erika has represented clients before the License Appeal Tribunal, Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Appeal. Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of civil matters, Erika has a unique perspective and understanding of the strategy and motivations of both sides. She is an experienced litigator, with a practical and pragmatic approach and a calm demeanor.
