I remember one client who was terribly injured in a highway accident due in part to a sand mixture on the road. I was able to show that the mixture wasn’t correctly applied, and we secured a major settlement that empowered my client to get the care and support needed to improve their quality of life. The experience proved to me what I already knew: It’s about never giving up and putting in the unwavering time and effort to get you results.
Community Matters
Now that my three daughters are grown up, I’m enthusiastic about dedicating more time to supporting causes that mean a lot to me. Having seen first-hand the effects of accidents and how they change someone’s ability to function, I am proud to have helped raise funds for the Brain Injury Association of Peel-Halton, the Brain Injury Clinic at St Michael’s Hospital and currently, the Brain Injury Society of Toronto.
