Lerners Welcomes New Associate, Erika Tower

We’re thrilled to announce the expansion of our Plaintiff Personal Injury Group in Toronto with the arrival of Erika Tower.

Erika is dedicated to providing exceptional legal service with compassion and sensitivity, ensuring that our clients will continue to be well served by our passionate and committed personal injury team.

As an experienced litigator with a practical, pragmatic approach and a calm demeanor, Erika has significant expertise in the areas of motor vehicle accidents, slips and falls, and disability claims.

She also advocates for survivors of sexual assault and abuse in claims against individuals, public entities, and religious organizations.

Erika has represented clients before the License Appeal Tribunal, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and Ontario Court of Appeal.

Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of civil matters, Erika has a unique perspective and understanding of the strategy and motivations of both sides.
